Disliked: Room are old, ( only commonal area have been refurbished) staff is passive agressive and do not make you feel welcome at all ( barely speak English). They did even forget to ask me for payment and message me after we left. At Breakast they looks at us as if we were just waiting for us to leave. We stayed at an Ibis Budget in Reims where staff was great and they had water bottle filling station so I was expecting the same if not a bit better instead it was worse.

Liked: The staff was very polite, cleanliness at a high level.The location is very good, the center is not far from the hotel, there is a good restaurant.
Disliked: Considering that it is now winter and it is cold, the room only had a small radiator, even though the room was small it was not warm, we asked the staff for an additional heater but there was none.
