Liked: Beautiful

Good

Liked: Location was central. McDonald's was a walk down the block. Aldi's was 2 blocks away. Subway was also 2 blocks away. They printed the transit card for our stay.
Disliked: Basic, but that is the deal.

Great hotel in quiet location...

Nice, clean, warm, shutters outside...

Liked: Very easy to find from the train station. Nice easy walk. Clean, warm, large twin room and bathroom.
Disliked: Stayed overnight to visit Lucerne and Rigi the following day. Very convenient, reasonably priced, although we didn’t have breakfast.

Liked: Great Hotel. Close to Mattenhof station (can easily reach back and forth Lucerne main station). Close to bus stations that bring you to Pilatus Cable CarHave restaurants around.Most importantly, the staff were very nice. Their recommendations were great

Liked: Public transport OK, size of the room was good, good staff, some places to eat around, supermarket gas station, not close to the city centre but good location overall.
Disliked: There was some big Flies in the room, some electricity points were not working I moved some things around the room, the TV was supposed to be smart but the WIFI and the mirror app wasn't working because the TV requires it's own network.
