I stayed at the ibis for 3 nights and didn't get any sleep and have left with extreme back and neck aches due to the bed. After that I would never stay at another ibis hotel again.

Disliked: The bed was so hard that I got no sleep over the duration of my stay.

A good location for Wembley Stadium; rooms were tidy and beds comfortable, but room was a bit small and narrow - had to squeeze past each other; bathroom and shower a bit like a porto loo; staff very helpful and friendly; food was good.

The location of the hotel is nice, close to everything. There's nothing bad for this hotel - I had a lovely vacation of four days. Check-in and out was great and service was good. No one was angry, even though me and my friend could be a little over the top. So that was really nice too. The stay was lovely and great, so if I have to go back, I will choose that hotel!

Nice stay overall but maintence...

Liked: I was given the option of staying in the upper or lower floors (to which I said I didn't really mind) but it was nice of the staff to give me that option. The room was nice but small. Everything looked clean. The location is excelent if you're attending an event in the OVO arena or Wembley, it's a short 5 minute walk away. The hotel loby looked cosy and the satff were very nice. The added breakfast was really good - recommended!
Disliked: The shower gel dispenser was basically empty, we had to work hard to get some out of the tube. The worst about my stay was that I woke up just before 9AM with very loud maintenance work nextdoors (drilling and noises of the sorts). They could have planned the maintenance to start later as I was planning to sleep at least an extra hour.
