I stayed at the ibis for 3 nights and didn't get any sleep and have left with extreme back and neck aches due to the bed. After that I would never stay at another ibis hotel again.

Disliked: The bed was so hard that I got no sleep over the duration of my stay.

A good location for Wembley Stadium; rooms were tidy and beds comfortable, but room was a bit small and narrow - had to squeeze past each other; bathroom and shower a bit like a porto loo; staff very helpful and friendly; food was good.

The location of the hotel is nice, close to everything. There's nothing bad for this hotel - I had a lovely vacation of four days. Check-in and out was great and service was good. No one was angry, even though me and my friend could be a little over the top. So that was really nice too. The stay was lovely and great, so if I have to go back, I will choose that hotel!

Liked: Great location for Wembley stadium, clean on arrival bar and restaurant, very accommodating especially as we got there at 9.30am asked for early check in, Sent us straight up to the room. The room was okay, Breakfast was excellent. there was plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Smell of body sweat in the room,The carpet in the bedroom was very dirty and odd things stuck on the carpet, shelf only on one side of the bed that wasn't fixed very well and no shelf on the other side of the bed. So no where to put phone and bits and bobs.

Liked: £30 bottle of wine cost £40 the night after, was told there was an event on 🤷‍♂️ i can understand charging the public £40 but not somebody actually staying in the hotel 🥲 very poor 😡 breakfast was very poor 🙈
