Liked: The staff were great , very welcoming and helpful.The Deputy manager was a true gentleman. He went above and beyond. To help us with parking. 10/10 hotel !

Liked: Nicely presented large clean room near the train station. Shower was big.
Disliked: It's a bit far from the centre. A coffee machine and mini fridge would have been handy in the room.

Liked: Basic but does the job
Disliked: The rooms looked more modern in the pictures but reality was that the rooms are much older eg the room curtains were dirty, an old style ibis hotel with adagio serviced apartments above

Good location, modern hotel.

Liked: Clean and modern, staff helpful. Location is good.
Disliked: Prefer rooms where the windows open, heating was pretty unresponsive and needed to get the front desk to sort it out.
