Was told the hotel doesn’t do breakfast and when we came down to book out, everyone was eating breakfast. Very disappointed as we had to find somewhere to eat before journey home.

Liked: Beautiful rooms.
Disliked: Refused breakfast.

Nice rooms; very clean; young staff seem to run it but they were very nice; good breakfast.

Disliked: Nowhere to park - had to use the car park of Morrisons behind the hotel. Not a big problem - we just don't like leaving the car overnight in a public place when you're in a busy city.

We had a fleeting visit but it was totally worth it. Brilliant 24 hours.

Liked: The cleanliness and comfort.
Disliked: Very noisy outside. Need to bring ear muffs another time.

Walking distance to ABBA Arena - about 20 minutes walk and very easy.

Liked: Worth paying for breakfast - excellent selection.

Disliked: On arrival we were told we hadn't booked an accessible room, and had only 1 room on the booking. Even after a hoping them the confirmation they continued to argue. They finally conceded and gave us keys. The accessible room was not as it should be...there was a walk in shower but the bed was so close to the door you couldn't get the wheelchair into.the room! We told them at reception but they were not really interested. All in all,not great.

Friendly staff, great location and...

Liked: The receptionist was really helpful and friendly in helping us find our way to the venue we were going to (Abba Arena). And when we returned to the hotel later in the evening, she came over to ask us how we had enjoyed our evening. Excellent location and great value for money.
Disliked: When you flush the toilet, the cold water stops coming out of the tap - you can only get hot water until the cistern has refilled!

Liked: The location, the size of the TV, check out time was late and general cleanliness of the room / bathroom.
Disliked: Not a fan of wet rooms but it wasn’t too bad. Toilet seat could do with replacing.

Disliked: The room was dirty. For a chain hotel we were expecting the room to be at least clean. This was however the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The shower had mould growing around the taps, as did the sink. This was excessive, and no attempt had been made by staff to clean it. We spent as little time in the room as we could and could not wait to come home.
