Disliked: Old. Dirty and smell reception carpet.

Liked: The complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch.
Disliked: I would have been nice to have a walk in shower instead of a bathtub

Liked: Ok location, overpriced but if you need a night close to the airport it’s ok. Receptionists told me “holiday in the big city?” Don’t assume…. Ask people before speaking otherwise it looks like you are just going through the motions to say something funny or interesting. I was not on holiday — not a big deal but just a piece of advice.
Disliked: Cleaner in my room at 11:52, just opened the door without knocking first then went out and 2 minutes later knocked asking when will I be checking out. If check out is at 12:00 give people time and don’t act upset if the guest is still there.
