Convenient location but not much...

Liked: Easy access from airport. Nice to have a late checkout in exchange for being on the mailing list.
Disliked: There was no desk in my room, so working at my laptop meant going downstairs to the bar. The noisy fan in my bathroom kept switching itself on and off all night and kept me awake. The QR code in the room giving details about breakfast indicated that a continental breakfast would be available until 12.00 midday, However when I went downstairs just after 11.00 I was told breakfast closed at 11.00. Staff told me it has happened before - so why hasn't anyone resolved this?!

All in all, you get...

Liked: Very good location if you’re flying early or arriving late into Heathrow! Lovely breakfast buffet in the morning!
Disliked: The rooms could be cleaner. There was some water damage on the door of the bathroom but fantastic water pressure and lovely room size.

Liked: I always use this hotel for work purpose, as it serves its purpose, reception staff to restaurant staff are always nice, plenty of bus stops around the hotel. Special mention to Seema who seems to go above and beyond
