Lovely clean and modern hotel; within easy walking distance to all the sights Greenwich has to offer and the DLR. Pleasant and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble for them. Tasty breakfast at the Cafe Rouge. Many thanks.

Pleasant enough but could be...

Liked: Location great for the O2.Breakfast was fine, coffee was poor. Ease of checkin/out.
Disliked: Coffee at breakfast was awful. Cooked breakfast was served quickly but it was not hot: clearly had been pre-cooked and had been standing and cooling before serving.Room was incredibly noisy, due to keeping window open as the only option to the very warm air inside overnight.

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable and affordable...

Liked: The location is perfect, bus stops are nearby, DLR is just a short walk away. Pizza Express and other restaurants are nearby.
Disliked: The breakfast was heavy and oily. We did not take breakfast again.

Comfortable, convenient and very welcoming

Liked: The location is very quiet and pleasant with lots of nice pubs, restaurants and the maritime museum close by. There's also the cutty sark ship a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. the hotel itself has a nice decor and very clean. The room was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff were kind and very helpful and got us checked in efficiently.

Liked: Good breakfast, Greenwich has good public transport connections and lots of stores and food in the area. The staff was very friendly. My room was nice and room service is very quick.
Disliked: Everything costs extra. Need an umbrella? 2£ please. Want to store your luggage after checkout? 3£! Wifi? Please make an account and share your data! The Chromecast in my room didn't work. Other than that, my stay was pleasant. Ibis I guess...
