Liked: Our TV didn't work so the male receptionist ensured it was sorted while we was out - it actually ended up with us getting a new one! The reception team were amazing :-)

Disliked: The room was too hot and being April there was no air cooling only a heating option. The rooms are small but if you are out and about that is not a problem.

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel in London and while there were some positives, unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The staff were genuinely lovely—kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was also great, and the room itself was clean and offered good value for money.However, the location of the room was far from ideal. I chose this hotel because I had an early tour starting at 6:30 AM the next day and needed a good night’s rest. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The room was unbearably hot and humid. When I tried to open the window for fresh air, the noise from the busy road outside made it impossible to sleep. When I closed the window, the room became stuffy and uncomfortable. The noise of the cars was still loud even with windows closedEven my parents struggled to sleep, which left us all feeling extremely tired the next day—completely defeating the purpose of our stay. I had to request a fan around midnight, and while the staff member brought it promptly (again, lovely service), it didn’t help much.In my opinion, the hotel should consider installing soundproof windows or better climate control in the rooms. Despite the friendly staff and good food, I would not stay here again due to the poor sleep experience caused by the location and lack of comfort.
