Lovely clean and modern hotel; within easy walking distance to all the sights Greenwich has to offer and the DLR. Pleasant and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble for them. Tasty breakfast at the Cafe Rouge. Many thanks.

Disliked: The breakfast was atrocious. £15.50 for a ‘full English’ one slice of undercooked bacon(stone cold), one very poor quality small sausage, coagulated manky beans, an egg that tasted borderline off, a ‘grilled’ tomato and some frozen tater tots.

Excellent location - hotel is...

Liked: Location is excellent in Greenwich - short walk from Cutty Sark, Museums and Thames Clipper boarding area.
Disliked: Room was small and cramped, mould in the bathroom (lighting very dim in the bathroom too), when we asked at reception to change from a twin to a double they said there would be a surcharge. Why, I have no idea as we weren't asking for an upgrade.

Basic and overpriced

Liked: Room was nice and tidy. But value for money was poor.
Disliked: The breakfast was pretty poor, tiny portions and cold. For the money we paid for one night the hotel was very basic and the location isn't the best.

Comfortable hotel in good location

Liked: Check in was straightforward. Reception staff were friendly and efficient.Room was ready and we were able to go straight to our room.Small car park but was able to park our car without any issues. Always a bonus for a London locationPerfect location for the wedding we were attending.Also very convenient to visit the Cutty Sark, Maritime Museum and the Observatory and Greenwich park.
Disliked: Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, due to a technical issue.We were given a voucher for breakfast at a nearby hotel, which was very nice.
