Liked: Staff were fantastic, very polite and attentive. There was a little incident with a small stain on the duvet. The young man on duty responded immediately, very apologetic and even offered to move room.

A memorable stay with outstanding...

Liked: I proposed to my girlfriend during our first vacation in Gatwick, and the experience at the Ibis Gatwick Airport was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and Maya especially went the extra mile to make the day unforgettable. She arranged for a makeup artist and coordinated with the team to set up our room beautifully while my partner and I were out for “breakfast” in London. My girlfriend absolutely loved it!The warm reception and effort from the entire team made our stay truly special. I will definitely return to the Ibis Gatwick Airport in the future.
