First time at this hotel, but if we need one in this area again it will certainly be a return visit. Can only repeat what I have said above. Good price, good location for our trip and excellent service. Breakfast very good too.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and most particularly the service provided on arrival by "Bobby". Could not have been more helpful. Also, when leaving, the manager went out of his way to chat and ask about our stay. Much appreciated.
Disliked: I mentioned the shower room door in room 15 needs a lot of attention. Not possible to close it because either it has swollen or the frame has shrunk. All else excellent.

Clean; comfy; good breakfast; nice staff; welcoming. All in all, a great place to stay. Would book again whenever in London.

Liked: I visited for 3 nights for a concert I was attending at the O2, and the hotel was in excellent proximity to the venue, making it really easy for me to go back and forth for two nights in a row. Room was spacious, with a comfortable double bed. I was able to check into my room a lot earlier than expected, which was a amazing as I needed a place to leave my suitcase until noon anyway. Checkout was very easy and overall I would recommend this hotel if you want to explore Canary Wharf and for anybody attending events at the O2 nearby.
