First time at this hotel, but if we need one in this area again it will certainly be a return visit. Can only repeat what I have said above. Good price, good location for our trip and excellent service. Breakfast very good too.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and most particularly the service provided on arrival by "Bobby". Could not have been more helpful. Also, when leaving, the manager went out of his way to chat and ask about our stay. Much appreciated.
Disliked: I mentioned the shower room door in room 15 needs a lot of attention. Not possible to close it because either it has swollen or the frame has shrunk. All else excellent.

Clean; comfy; good breakfast; nice staff; welcoming. All in all, a great place to stay. Would book again whenever in London.

Disliked: Evening meal needs more variety on the menu.

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional for the price. Really impressed. Loved the location. Would have liked the staff to be more forthcoming with helping us navigate around London.
Disliked: The Tea and Coffee facilities in the room were not great. Clearly hadn't been refilled after the clean and we had to ask for more of everything and the staff couldn't locate anything for us, so we had to buy our own tea, milk and sugar.
