Excellent - would book again

Liked: Love this hotel - great location and friendly, helpful staff.

Passable

Liked: The property is on the jubilee line and opposite Canning Town station
Disliked: The air conditioner does not heat enough. Even though we complained, no one cared. We had problems with daily room cleaning every day.

Excellent stay, comfy rooms.

Liked: Room were nicely decorated and beds comfortable. Location was brilliant for the O2. Breakfast was ok, could have been hotter. Would have been good to have table service for tea and coffees
Disliked: We didn't like how many people were working on computers, they took over the restaurant. It was hard for us to get a table together as we were a party of 4.

Disliked: Pillows wasn't the comfiest

Liked: I love the cosy feeling of the bar area and how close it is to the train station for access to the o2
Disliked: Although we were given instructions as to where we can park the actual parking place was very confusing and we’ve had problems paying for the stay which will likely lead to a fine! I know it isn’t owned by the hotel but they do recommend it so maybe some clearer instructions on how to pay would help?
