Liked: The central location of Ibis Leuven Centrum was highly appreciated, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. I praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: I found the rooms to be small, with limited space to move around. I had issues with temperature control in the rooms, noting that the air conditioning was sometimes ineffective or difficult to adjust.

Liked: Perfect location near the heart of Leuven, with a parking which helps since parking can be an issue in the centre. Small but convenient and clean room and decent breakfast.
Disliked: No wellness, spa, fitness, so the price is rather high compared to other hotels.

Liked: Everything was great, really. No complaints.
Disliked: It was a very cold weekend and I found the room a tiny bit cold. We didn't have breakfast as we headed for Elisa instead.

Brilliant stay, staff were lovely.

Liked: We went to the wrong Ibis (train station) the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Once we got to the correct hotel, the member of staff was brilliant. So friendly and happy to help. The room was clean and everything was comfortable. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great!
