Arrived by car and parked in public car park over the road. Our stay required we had to feed the meter rather frequently because of timing. An overnight stay was just £2 though. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful and the general ambiance is quite pleasant. Despite the road the room on the 6th floor was very quiet. Free wifi is included and the optional breakfast very good. I'd certainly use this hotel again.

Disliked: On a busy road, but not a major problem. Someone with reduced mobility may differ.

Great for a short visit

Liked: Excellent hot buffet breakfast. Coffee machine produced great coffee. I liked the hot bread rolls. Hotel is within walking distance of town centre and main railway station plus only a short walk from the Kirkstall road microbrewery, which I recommend too. WiFi worked well.
Disliked: Fried eggs at breakfast were great but the scrambled eggs were not very good - poor texture and boiled! Heating control in room has no scale remaining on dial so impossible to know set temperature! (However, the heater did work.) TV is traditional - but I'm not used to a terrestial TV anymore

Clean, safe, convenient and good...

Liked: Great, quiet well designed and thought out room. I had a great night's sleep and felt cosy and secure.
Disliked: My only tiny criticism is that I couldn't find the checkout time displayed. I googled and all good.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff very welcoming. Friendly.Hotel was clean, nice security features, public can not get to the lifts without a room card.Could do with a clock in the room.Room was spacious, comfy bed and clean. It was also nice and quiet.. only downside no car park, but it's in a city centre, so that's a luxury found at a premium rate. And this night rate was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend hotel for a night's stay.
Disliked: needed a clock in the room.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: staff were very good. I travelled with my disabled dad and the staff helped us book in early and asked if we required any additional assistance.
Disliked: location was a little difficult with having to get an uber to travel even a short walk due to the surrounding busy roads. difficult as my dad cannot walk far. ok for enabled tho.

Liked: Location great and central. Breakfast good variety and tasty.Very comfy beds, really good room temperature.
Disliked: The accessible bathroom floor had to be walked on with bare feet or shoes when dry. There was an unusual smell after flushing the toilet which wasn’t there when we arrived but it did wear off. Around 5am there was noise outside, perhaps from the nearby crane for around 20 minutes.

Good value for money, ideal...

Liked: The helpfulness of the staff from arrival to departure. Comfortable room, instant WiFi, goog food.
Disliked: Maybe the telly could have been better as the sound quality was not very good.
