Liked: The staff was super helpful. They were sweet enough to store our luggage before the check in and after the check out. That significantly eased our travel.

Liked: Hotel was central and easy to find and park. Hotel has a fresh feel to the main bar and reception.
Disliked: Room was very small and bed was a lot harder than I am used too.

Liked: Excellent location for ferry passengers. The hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from the ferry terminal. There is on street parking outside and shops & restaurants are easily within walking distance.

Disliked: The service specially food is so long. We waited almost 2 hours for our dinner. The room is hot because the aircondition is not in use. The staff serving dinner cannot speak english.

Good location but disappointing accommodation.

Liked: Location was good. We had one dinner in the restaurant and that was fine. We did not have breakfast.Really enjoyed the local market in Les Halles and a 'flea market' in nearby square. Good range of places to eat and drink.
Disliked: Bedroom was very small and cramped with little storage space for clothes. Bathroom was ok, but shower tended to flood onto the floor. Poor quality small towels and only 3 provided. Entrance to the underground car park was not easy to find and access only possible after contacting hotel via speakerphone. Better information before arrival would have been helpful.
