Liked: Very nice staff. Many drug dealers all around the location. Not nice. But obviously not their fault but the city’s. Such a pity for such a nice city. First room was badly ventilated and smelled like stale water, window couldn’t be opened. Luckily very uncomplicated we could change to a good, comfortable room. Carpet in the room - not my favorite in terms of hygiene. Good basic breakfast.

The location was really good....

Liked: Location was great very close to the metro. It wad clean, a little small but efficient.
Disliked: It would be better if the window could be opened

Nice stay in Lausanne

Liked: Nice stay in Lausanne. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and at walking distance to the Metro station. Rooms are quite and comfortable.
Disliked: Maybe wifi could be a little improved.

Liked: experience.First of all, the staff really stood out — I interacted with four different people during our stay, and every single one of them was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. That alone made a big difference.As for the room, it was just right for a short stay: comfortable and well-equipped for the night. Perfect for a brief visit.The location couldn’t have been better — right in the center of Lausanne, which made it very easy to explore the city on foot.Lastly, the value for money was excellent. Considering Swiss prices, I found it quite affordable and absolutely worth it.Definitely a place to keep in mind for our next trip to Lausanne!

Liked: Great location, easy access with public transport, nice staff, very helpful, breakfast served from 6AM to 12.00.
Disliked: The windows can't be opened and there is no possibility to get some fresh air in.
