Not so good hotel with...

Liked: The location was OK.
Disliked: Many things were under usual standards for German hotels. One major issue: in the toilet of the room there was a very strong and bad smell. I told so to the reception, and even though they assured me that someone would take care of the issue, nothing changed. Minor issues: at the reception people were not particularly professional. They forgot to give the free bus ticket to a colleague of mine and when we asked we had to wait a lot of time due to the fact that the employee was chatting with another employee (chatting about private matter I mean). The breakfast is OK, but not particularly good. I would rate it at the minimum level to be acceptable. The mattress in the room is also low quality. Finally, even though "Safety deposit box" is indicated as one of the available facilities, there was no safety deposit box in the room. Overall, at 140 EUR per night for one person, the s.ervice provided was pretty low
