Liked: it was clean, design was nice and modern, staff friendly during the day time, in the evening not so much, they can be more welcoming
Disliked: the room was small but that was okay, however the bathroom is very very small. that was a little disappointing. everything else was fine. the breakfast was good, it could be cheaper then people would book the breakfast more often. a coffee machine or kettle would be good in the room too.

Liked: The team in the hotel is fantastic!The location a lot Restaurants. Easy to travel to the city center.
Disliked: There is No kettle in the Rooms, no tea and coffee in the rooms. The iron was not clean actually he was dirty almost destroyed my Suit.

Small room in Cologne

Liked: It was clean and good value for money. Location was ok. Interior was quite nice.
Disliked: Staff was unfriendly. Soap finished and instead of sending someone to fill it we got a new soap to do by ourselves, but it was not easy, probably some tool is needed to change it. In room should be 2 separate beds but they were one next to the other. Bathroom and room was very small.
