Liked: The very friendly and helpful young lady in the reception, early checking in (we arrived before the official check in time), the comfortable bed, relatively affordable.
Disliked: It would a placed in a very industrial zone of Köln.

Disliked: Bad customer service from one particularly repellent member of staff. Poorly dressed in a sweaty old tshirt, at first I thought he was just maintenance and surprised that he was allowed to be in the reception area. Rude and obnoxious, he was rather a bully to the female member of staff who was trying to help. The airline had lost my luggage so I asked to borrow a phone charger, he refused and just sat there like a child shaking his head and saying no over and over. When I calmly called him out for his behaviour he threw a tantrum and walked off. Ibis HR seriously needs an overhaul
