Call ahead and request them...

Liked: It was close to where we had to go and what we had to do all week.
Disliked: The only thing we were not happy with was the sheets and pillow cases were dirty when we got there. My husband went to tell the front desk and they said that we had to request that a day ahead. That they don’t just change the sheets and pillow cases all the time. Then they took about 2 hrs to come and change it. They were kind of rude about it.

Disliked: Flat stove in kitchen too dirty looks like it don’t get clean every day and staff looks like only family works in the kitchen. They had overdue milk they don’t check times on milk. My mom and I had to try overdue milk it tastes horrible. Supervisor or manager needs to make sure staff are doing job correctly. Serving overdue milk is unacceptable. Just for that I will be staying at mesaluna on my wife’s trip to the consulate

Disliked: The flooring was damaged. It looked like it's been like that for a while.

Liked: Location was great. All the places I needed to be for the days that I stayed at hotel was conveniently located nearby. My level of comfort and safety was highly satisfied. Staff was very polite and answered all my questions. Highly recommend any future stays.
