Disliked: Lots of issues. Cleanliness was poor. The mattress isn't a mattress. The bed has a thin cushion which shifted all night. Very hard pillows. Floor was full of debris, and I question whether the The linens were changed since there were hairs on the covers.

Gracias Mi Siente Como casa...

Liked: I thought it was gonna be so scary, but as soon as I walked into the hotel, the customer service, the girls the ladies, the guys the guard they made me feel so welcome and whenever we stay there for the 11 days 12 nights, we were so happy and comfortable everybody. There was so polite me and my husband are planning to go back to see Juarez and visit and go round and explore. We took the bus and we were so happy and comfortable and we like the burritos, everything was so good thank you guys for everything for all your help and all your smiles. I recommend to stay in this Ibis Hotel
Disliked: That everything looks safe I was so happy how I felt there so safe I took my own car and nothing happened to my car thank God everything was good. The fact they made me feel so good me and my husband used to sit outside for a couple of hours and we were so comfortable being there specially because we felt safe
