It was very clean; had everything we needed and recommend for shopping or going to concerts in Hull. Recommend.

Liked: Room was spotlesslessly clean. Bed really comfortable, slept like a baby. So did jakey ( my furbaby) staff were brilliantly friendly and helpful. Jakey loved them. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a great choice (Jakey loved the sausages) reception and restaurant were comfy and spotless. If you're looking for comfort and pet friendly hotel. Look no further than this hotel. Can't fault it. Didn't get to have dinner this time or use the 24hr food but I will definitely bring jakey back for another visit. Might even treat my daughter??? Or keep it just for me lol

Disliked: The room smelt of bins on arrival even though there was only a very small bin in the bathroom no other bin in the room ? We opened a window to air the room.The breakfast had been stood bacon was really cardboard hard.
