It was very clean; had everything we needed and recommend for shopping or going to concerts in Hull. Recommend.

Liked: Greatblocation and excellent value for money. Good breakfast choice.
Disliked: Clean enough, gteat staff and location but looking a little tired. Could do with a refurb.

Great stay, great value

Liked: The rooms are spacious, clean and well laid out, tea and coffee etc in the room also. The staff were lovely, nothing is too much to ask, we were a little warm and the receptionist sorted us a fan free of charge, customer service felt natural and not forced which was really pleasant. The hotel is ideally located close to everything (marina, centre, rail station, theatre etc). To top it off the bed was extremely comfortable so had a great night's sleep too :)

Liked: Its location as it right in the city center not far from pups and restaurants the staff are always friendly and it’s clean
Disliked: The face that the kettle is tucked away and there’s not a coffee machine with biscuits and the dinner menu not got a good verity
