It was very clean; had everything we needed and recommend for shopping or going to concerts in Hull. Recommend.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and convenient, as near to train station and shops and bars.
Disliked: Nothing.

Ideal location for Bonus Arena; great value; clean and comfortable; friendly staff; nice breakfast and great price; would definitely stay again.

Needs repairs doing, reasonable price...

Liked: Staff friendly, room clean, excellent location
Disliked: Strong smell of cannabis in bedroom corridor (room 220 towards doors away from lifts) bedside table insecure, put hot drink and it slid off. Not enough teabags (1 provided, 2 of us and 2 milks.

Well located and quiet hotel.

Liked: Location in the city centre and it was very close to the venue we were attending.
Disliked: Lots of discarded cigarettes on the pavement outside the entrance.
