Disliked: I had problems throughout my entire stay, a horrible experience. First of all, I checked in at 21.00, and the two ladies at the front desk (who did not seem very knowledgeable) took forever to find my reservation claiming they did not have any booking under my name. After more than 20 minutes of wait, they gave me the key to "my" room; tired from the long trip and the wait, I went up and I found the room full of someone else's objects, luckily there was no one in the room so I saved her/him and myself the embarrassment. After I complained about the situation, the two ladies gave me a new room key, this time I went up and it seemed all okay. Finally, I managed to prepare myself to go to sleep and turned off the lights. At approximately 1 AM, while I was in the middle of my sleep, I hear some noises and a stranger unlocked my room and tried to enter. I immediately block him and the poor guy, completely embarrassed, tells me that the front office assigned him to this room and there was no one at the desk to do anything (the front desk goes off at 22.00). I suggested that he go into the lobby and calls the hotel's emergency number. I have never experienced something like this in my life and I stay at hotels at least every week. I went to many Ibis and never did I see such poorly trained and careless staff (I mainly refer to the night-shift ladies, the morning front office, and the F&B guys were always kind). I could go on with other negative comments (did not have my room made the last day - apparently they thought I was checking out the day before) but I believe what I described above should stay as the main topic.

Liked: It's just Ibis - every one is more or less the same. Safe bet for 1-2 nights :)
