Liked: Location is great and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There is not even one small bottle of water that they provide in the room (and the tap water is not nice). The only option to get a glass of water is to buy a bottle for 3,90 Euro - well overpriced!!!! For the price of the room, you would expect at least a glass of water included - disappointing!

A typical Ibis Hotel

Liked: It is as every Ibis Hotel. It has a good location next to the Haupbanhof. The rooms are quite small but clean. The staff is very friendly and trying to meet your needs. It is a good alternative if you are passing by Heidelberg or if you are only staying for a night or two.

Liked: Perfect breakfast, Heidelberg is for us an interesting, quite city and not so crowded.. People are friendly...
Disliked: PROBABLY A BETTER, QUIET ROOM FOR US ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOTEL NOT EXACTLY DIRECT BEHIND THE TRAIN TRACKS OR FLATFORM OF THE TRAIN STATION ESPECIALLY AT SUMMERTIME WHEN WINDOWS ARE OPEN...
