A bit more expensive for...

Liked: Location is good for exploring the city. It is within walking distance to main attractions and well connected with public transport. The room was clean and cozy. The Internet was working well.
Disliked: In the room, you could hear the noise coming from the road in front of the hotel. Not enough space for your clothes. Small room. No English/Italian TV channels. The luggage deposit was not free of charge, as it is in most hotels. The bed was comfortable, but there were no additional pillows.

Not worth the price, Mercure...

Liked: Very well located, close to Hauptbahnhof and city center.
Disliked: Room carpet old and stained, mattress and pillows low quality and uncomfortable. We found a small insect crawling on the wall. They charge 2 euros to hold luggage for the day. Although the check-in staff was very friendly, the morning staff was unfriendly and immediately made us regret choosing this hotel.
