Liked: Good local osition able to cram in a few visits., helpful staff. Breakfast were very good value and plenty of variety.
Disliked: Nothing stood out about the property. One of the lifts was not working 1 1/2 days.

Would never use this hotel...

Liked: Staff were friendly and welcoming
Disliked: The noise from the night club below our room which was unbearable and went on till 3 in the morning. Had we had our car we would have left.

Liked: Well located for sightseeing Edinburgh. Close to restaurants, bus and train services and all the main places to visit
Disliked: No ventilation, room smelt a bit damp and musty. No ventilation working in shower room/ toilet. Black slim stain around tap I had to clean off. Only found one socket in room

Liked: Staff and hotel is lovely breakfast lovely . Nothing bad I could say about it.
Disliked: I was just away for me birthday plus mini moon which cost money we saved for for hotel trains and spending money. I slipped in bathroom which is dangerous and slipped out bathroom door on to floor and broke me foot all tours was cancelled I lost money on them. We're not working cost alot in taxis too. I've already pysical medical problems that now need checked due to falling. Like screws in toe and artheritis. In other leg .
