Liked: The hotel can be only 2 star and the staff is not very friendly. Especially, on breakfasts the girl(From Taiwan or Vietnam) was every day angry and rude to everyone!In rooms there are not any telephone, if you will need something to ask from reception, you have to go down. And for room cleaning you have to inform one day in advance, otherwise your room will not be cleaned and the bath amendities will not be updated.Only the location of hotel was good, as its very near to airport, but the connection of the hotel with Messe fair exhibition center is not so good, as you have change 2 public transports for reaching there from hotel.

Disliked: One of the receptionists standing at the check-in desk behaved very rude and disrespectful. He asked me a question and because he was speaking with a low voice and at that time I had a severe migraine I thought he was speaking in German after which I asked could you please ask me in English. After which he turned to the other receptionist and said "Was I asking in the Arabic language". Instead of behaving professionally and clarifying the matter with me directly he was talking about me to the other person right in front of my eyes. That was very disappointing!!!
