A very unpleasant stay!

Liked: The property although nice looking on the outside, lacks lots of things in the room which is essential for customers' comfort. For example, there's no hot water kettle and cutleries for customers comfortable! Especially, as this property is situated close to Dusseldorf airport and will be accommodating mostly tired travellers! I felt like I was locked up in prison! And when I need coffee I have toGo downstairs and ask for everything. And I forgot to mention that as soon as I entered the room there were cobwebs everywhere in the room. I was terrified! I am not going back there ever! Thank you.For me, it was an unpleasant stay. Thank you.
