Liked: Breakfast sad. No madeleines for example despite cartons and cake molds saying it was the signature item.Kettle in the room but nothing to make tea or coffee.

Disliked: Couldn’t sleep as something was banging constantly on the roof all night.I had to leave at 4:00am in morning to catch the Shuttle at Calais so when came downstairs, the front door to hotel was locked and I couldn’t get out! There was nobody at reception so it took a good 10-15 mins after ringing the bell, calling the emergency number (no reply) and then having to shout a few times before the man appeared - not great. What happens if someone can’t sleep and wants to go out for a walk, cigarette?Not to mention the fire risk if the hotel is locked and no-one can get out in the event of a fire!Very poor
