Liked: Well situated and so convenient for walking into Dijon Town centre. Very comfortable stay.
Disliked: Wish Ibis hotels had kettle/tea making facilities in the room.

OK for a stopover night,...

Liked: This hotel is OK for a stopover night in Dijon, but it was below my expectation of an Ibis. It is well located, close to the city centre (very nice city centre, worth a day or 2 of a visit!), there is free parking and the staff treated us well and were helpful. Breakfast was OK. The room and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: Ibis hotels are usually simple, clean and reasonably priced. This hotel looked very old, the corridors had an awful carpet that should have been replaced years ago (it looked very dirty!) and there was a smell of chicken nuggets all over the place (luckily not inside the room!). The room was very small for 3 people, we could barely walk inside and there was little space for our suitcases. If I go to Dijon again, I will take more time to compare other hotels

Liked: Modern hotel conveniently located on a 10-min walk from the city centre of Dijon and on the way to the Alps and Southern France. Close to (sometimes exceptional) restaurants and lively pubs. Clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast with fresh and tasty local products (good cheese, fresh bread, fruits, cold and warm options...) Free and secure on-site parking is a real plus and well appreciated when you travel with lots of luggage in your car (most of city centre hotels require use of public parking).
