Good hotel, unprofessional reception

Liked: Regular ibis hotel but was a bit more comfortable than the others I have been too
Disliked: They were absolutely unprofessional regarding the invoice, i have asked for it at check in, and was told to wait till check out.At check out i learned they lost the company details, which i gave again, and realized they also misspelled my e-mail address, so I got it corrected too. Was told that it will be coming but it takes more time. When I called them about the missing invoice the kind woman on the phone asked for my data to be sent in email again, as she couldn't find it. And still i do not have the invoice at hand.This is not acceptable for a hotel aiming for business travellers.

Great location for zuiderpark parkrun!

Liked: Check in experience - Mandy was the best checking us in, she was so very sweet with my daughter getting her to help and nothing was too much trouble. Makes such a difference when you arrive somewhere. Generally very helpful staff, clean rooms.
Disliked: Little bit hot in the rooms!No tea/coffee in rooms

Liked: Overall a great stay, great location, staff was very helpful. The only issue I had were the pillows, the worst I ever head at a hotel.
