Liked: The rooms were very clean and tidy, staff were helpful and it's in a good location. I've stayed here a few times before and would recommend it.

Lovely staff and good value

Liked: Though slightly dated the room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Reception staff were super friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us with local information and maps. Great place for the price. Recommend!

Location was good and staff...

Liked: There was a strange smell in certain areas of the hotel which wasn’t pleasant. Bed wasn’t great and strange that the sheet only covered the mattress topper! Breakfast was awful and because we had the dog with us a table and chairs was set up in the reception area! Felt like we had been put on the naughty table.

Basic convenience and good value...

Liked: Basic Hotel, as I would expect from Ibis but very convenient close to the motorway. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are average and these days looking a bit tired. Disappointed that the cables had been stolen from the electric car charges, same for everywhere in the locality, which was one of the reasons for staying here, but of course that’s not the fault of the hotel.
