Superb

Liked: The reception staff especially Claire, went above and beyond to help me, in my situation. All staff were welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: The black mattress under topper

Cheap cheerful and does the...

Liked: Lovely attentive staff
Disliked: Place is a little run down and heating in the room was broken,along with a couple of plug sockets. Reported to reception on leaving.

Excellent value

Liked: Price, location, facilities.
Disliked: There was a fight outside in the car park by the entrance. This woke me family in the early hours. I accept that this was not the fault of the hotel. However, it was allowed to go on for a long time.

Liked: Check in easy. Room spotless
Disliked: Corridors looked dirty and very tired. No glasses for water in the bedroom and only 3 tea bags

Liked: Basic accommodation for the price. Warm and clean. Needs updating however was ok for the night / price
