Not great, but cheap

Liked: The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good as well.
Disliked: Pillows were like full of air, not very comfortable at all, tv was too small, the hallway smelled of marijuana, the receptionist was acting like she had better things to when she was booking me in.

Very good

Liked: Big room and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Location for walking into town, have to cross a very busy roundabout and no traffic lights. Key cards were temperamental for room access.

Liked: The service staff is very warm and thoughtful
Disliked: The heating is not hot. When I turn on the heating, there is a burning and pungent smell. This winter, the house is very cold.

Confortbalw rooms and lovely staff

Liked: Very friendly staff on reception and lovely comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Didn’t look like food or drinks were being served and not a great deal around to eat without walking 30 mins.
