Superb

A comfortable budget hotel well...

Liked: Town centre proximity good, room a lovely size and quite comfortable. Dogs are allowed
Disliked: Unfortunately our dog was not allowed into the bar area so we had to sit in the foyer which wasn’t ideal. Also the corridor outside our room smelt of cigarettes.

Wonderful location, spacious bedroom ,...

Liked: Wonderful large bar dining area, spacious room. The staff were friendly and the location is great for Chesterfield.
Disliked: The room was a little noisy next to the main road.

Liked: Clean room .....checkout for 12 noonI asked to leave my luggage as I checked out and fetched it later ....staff was really really lovely I forgot my phone on the counter and they found it and kept it for me.
Disliked: Breakfast.....I don't eat eggs or pork so didn't quite enjoy beans on toast for £12

Liked: Location local to where I was working and walking distance to town
Disliked: Lack of choice for dinner and seating area could do with a refurb and spruce up.

Great stop for the venue...

Liked: The hotel was close to the town centre and also close to the venue we were visiting easy to get to
Disliked: The only fault was there no easy exit from the car park for foot passengers to the town there was a short cut across a muddy track a nice set of steps would improve town access

Disliked: Access for pedestrians is poor. No pedestrian crossing over very busy roundabout to get to hotel. Very dangerous at times.
