Good and bad ibis carlise

Liked: Location was great, we walked to the high street in less than 10 minutes, visited the cathedral and the castle all within a short walk. Pubs, takeaways, cinema and entertainment just outside the hotel door.
Disliked: We had 4 lots of really soft no shape pillows could have done with a more solid pillow as another choice. TV only has 1 plug behind it. not good if you bring a games console.
