Convenient and comfy stay on...

Liked: No complaints really - we only stayed for one night but it was good for a quick stop. The bathroom was nicer than other comparable hotels (e.g. Travelodge etc), there was a nice big tiled shower rather than the attachment in the bath which you often get! Very easy to access by car. It's basically on a service station on the north eastern side of the city, which was super convenient for our purposes. The service station which was a short walk across the car park had a Starbucks and a Waitrose plus some other vendors, which was really handy for snacks and breakfast, rather than some motel-style places where you feel a bit stranded. Close to fast food joints as well. Check-in was super quick, especially as we checked in online first.

Liked: Kettle & TV remote didn’t work but were replaced quickly.However the shower only sprayed to the wall & this wasn’t fixed satisfactorily.Room was ok for price but friend found duvet too heavy. Single beds are narrow.Staff were very friendly & helpful and went above & beyondBreakfast was fine

Liked: Basic, functional accommodation, no bells and whistles.
Disliked: Location is remote from the centre of Cardiff. Taxi service is undependable (especially trying to get to coach/train station on Sunday morning).
