Disappointing

Liked: It’s right by the motorway so easy access
Disliked: It’s long so if you have a room near reception everyone else goes past your room to sleep or to breakfast It’s very noisy

Our stay was very disappointing...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Reception staff very unorganised and unsure of room bookings. Same reception staff doing bookings and running the bar. Rooms very basic for price. Bed very hard and pillow was like laying on a concrete block.

Liked: The staff were friendly
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible, the facilties are dated. I paid £438 for 2 rooms in an extremely basic hotel which I can't understand

Poor sleep

Liked: Convenient, clean, polite staff, accommodated my ground floor request which I was grateful for.
Disliked: I was woken at 3am by a loud noise coming from the bathroom of the room above, possibly the fan or water pump? It went on for around an hour, awrful sleep thereafter ,along with loud shouting at the same time.Pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast was not worth the additional charge, cheaper to get a McDonald's or costa round the corner
