Great location for train travel

Liked: Great location if travelling via train - on doorstep and only 10 mins walk to central Cambridge. Lots of eating places around the hotel for casual food and drink - nice clean area with lots of people.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were very accommodating especially Claire on reception. Dog friendly and welcoming environment

I had a great experience...

Liked: Location, breakfast buffet and the staff are 10/10. However, bathroom cleanliness (in the room) can be improved and the Wi-Fi did not work, so AI had to check out earlier to go work elsewhere (there is a Pret nearby)

Liked: The hotel is very well located right next to the central station. We liked the breakfast buffet, there was plenty of choice. We did not like the room. Besides being small it was very inconvenient. No hooks to hang jackets, a very poorly designed wardrobe with minimum storage space, nothing in the shower to place a shampoo bottle. The AC kept turning on even though we constantly turned it off. The only good thing was the water boiler in the room.

Will stay again when next...
