Disliked: There is no room service, no daily room cleaning, and no phone in the room to contact reception or request assistance. They don’t seem to care about helping their guests either. I had to check out at 7 a.m. for work but couldn’t take my bags with me. When I asked if they could store my bags until I return in the evening, the receptionist said the only option was to book an extra night. Ridiculous!

Very dissatisfied

Disliked: Staff from morning was very rude and racist because we did not speak Deutsch. We just needed a taxi as our car broke down and stayed the night at the hotel and we needed to go to the train station. We ended up calling ourselves for a taxi. No one wanted to speak in english with us . Reception from night was nice as he spoke English with us

Good location, nice hotel, comfortable...

Liked: We use come every year to this hotel. Thats now B&B hotel brand.Comfortable beds, nice breakfast, good location.
Disliked: Why the curtain on window can't be on 2/3.If its's open there's too much light. When curtain is closed, it's little bit dark.
