Very difficult phone check in....

Liked: The room was very small. No proper shower just a round curtain on one side of the bathroom. I did not do the pre check in as my spouse was seriously ill in ICU. When I arrived they insisted I do the check in on my phone. 3 calls later and the phone customer person helped me, this was despite that I had already paid for the room. It took me half an hour to check in. Later that day another guest had the same problem. There are no physical staff here, only phone contact.

Sub standard & unhygienic

Liked: Bathroom smelled like cat urine! Smears on walls, tiny room way overpriced. Extravagant check in process online then on phone, took 30mins to gain access even though I had already done the pre check in. Never stay there again.

Liked: Check in was a little tricky but was easily clarified with a quick phone call.
Disliked: Rooms at the front of the building experience a lot of road noise.

Disliked: No where is mention made of the fact that this motel is 3 floors and NO LIFT. What if you can't climb 3 floors with luggage! No human at site and the check in was very confusing. Will not recommend to friends.
