ATTENTION IF YOU ARE THINKING...
Liked: only location is good !!!
Disliked: BE CAREFUL!!!, Even if you book through booking.com or any other channel and pay the money when you book in advance, they will tell you that you do not have a reservation at this hotel and will take the payment again. If you object, you will argue with the manager of this hotel for hours, he may refund your money (THIS MANAGER IS A FRAUDSTER). He may not refund you for a ridiculous reason such as you do not have such a reservation or he saw that you paid booking.com but booking.com did not pay the hotel!!! I stayed at this hotel for 2-3 days every November for 4 years, this year I spent 2 hours every day for 3 days at the reception with this fraudster manager because of this lying and fraudulent manager!! I managed to get back the money they took from me twice in two days, but there was one more day. I will complain to the European Union Consumer Council and the German Hoteliers Association and get compensation from this fraudster. also, the rooms are not clean, and the corridors of the hotel are also not safe and dirty, it is clear how the situation changed with the change of manager. of course, I know very well that this hotel belongs to the Accord French Hotels group I stay in the hotels of the Accord group around the world for 50-75 days every year this is the first time I have encountered such a bad and incompetent manager and management of course I will inform the Accord group of my complaint. OK for a few nights...
Liked: Room was comfortable and clean. Location excellent and breakfast very fresh and plentiful, no need to go out hungry!
Disliked: The security was terrible. Outside door to the street and inner door to reception open even after reception had closed. Basement door from garage into premises also open all night. Result, anyone can walk in off the street and roam around the hotel at will, hence one homeless person sleeping on chairs in reception the night we arrived. Breakfast room unlocked so one night sounded like a group having a party and dragging tables around during the early hours. More towels should be provided, only 2 not even bath size for 2 guests so no towels for drying hair. I appreciate it's a budget hotel but a kettle and beverage making facilities in the rooms would be appreciated, even if chargeable
