Quiet and comfortable with excellent...

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the SSB U-bahn Maybachstraße tram station with fast links all over Stuttgart and the U6 line direct to the airport. There's not much in the way of amenities in the vicinity of the hotel but everything you could want is only a few minutes away by tram.
Disliked: No fridge or kettle in the rooms, understandable as the Ibis is a budget hotel.

Liked: Good location… rooms are okay… pillows could have been much better

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, fairly clean and warm room. Average stay with no surprises.

No hot water, no compensation....

Liked: Friendly staff and good beds
Disliked: There was no hot water! Showers were ice cold. When I asked the staff about it they said they have a problem and it’s also inconvenient for them - which I understand- but they could have at least let me know before me and my family with kids arrived… the only compensation they could offer was a €15 refund for the parking ticket. Not very nice. Breakfast was ok, some things were a bit old.
