The hotel is lovely and the staff were really helpful but just wish we could open a window - it was so stuffy.

Disliked: The fact that it was very hot and we could not open the window.

Great hotel and the price is amazing too. The room was basic but had everything you needed. It was very clean and modern; excellent and would definitely stay again.

Liked: The location is pretty convenient, althouth the area is very industrial.
Disliked: When I arrived in my room, the bed was not clean. It had bread crumbs all over it and it was clearly not changed. Also the room had much dust.

Liked: Cheap budget room, that’s all I needed as was attending hospital the following day, travelling from the Isle of Wight and the ferries were unreliable due to dense fog so couldn’t take the chance of missing appointment
