Exceptional

Basic, but convenient and friendly...

Liked: This is our basic little home from home when visiting the bike shops in Rennes. We stayed here for the night as we knew what we were getting (sort of) before we headed off into Belgium/Europe. Staff were friendly and spoke good English for us - they knew we had stayed before. Secure parking too which is always a plus. Whilst we didn't have time for them, KFC, B&M and other restaurants and shops are close by, along with Burger King over the road and LOTS of bike shops within walking distance, as well as Rennes FC stadium/shop. The A/C worked in our room too as it was quite stuffy that particular evening.
Disliked: Pillows were none existent this time, more like a cushion which caught us out and we experienced LOTS of noise throughout the night waking us all up at different times. Sounded like doors being left to slam rather than being closed properly making for a very disturbed night - something we didn't need as we had a long drive to get to Holland in one day. Wish the vending machine in the foyer would be fixed to take money rather than needing to call staff to open it up if you need a drink.

Great overnight stop

Liked: Good breakfast and being able to charge our electric car overnight was a great bonus.
