The check in staff were welcoming and friendly. From the moment I arrived, nothing was too much trouble; they even asked how the gig was when I returned. The room was spotlessly clean and the shower was lovely. Hotel was in a location convenient to Wedgewood Rooms and very close to Fratton Railway Station.

Nice hotel and did what it said 'on the tin'. Good location for us and stayed two nights. Thank you.

Liked: Staff were helpful (as we needed to rearrange our check in - needed an early check in but didn't know until 12 hours earlier that this was required.) We paid the £10 and checked in 2 hours early.
Disliked: Would like to have seen a kettle in the room, even if we had to provide coffee, milk, cups etc.

Liked: This is a budget hotel so the price was excellent and the staff friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like as it was as expected for the cost. The rooms are compact with only a small toilet and shower. Good for a couple of nights or if you are on a tight budget

Liked: For a budget hotel it was excellent. Plenty of space in the room. Bed very comfortable. Nice and clean. Bed was made up after our first night - wasn't expecting that! Great location next to shops and buses. Nice and quiet. Easy to get to historic dockyard and seaside. Staff pleasant and helpful
Disliked: No on site parking but we could park in the shopping car park for free. You could park at the hotel for 30 mins to unload your car. Not a problem really as parking was close.
