The check in staff were welcoming and friendly. From the moment I arrived, nothing was too much trouble; they even asked how the gig was when I returned. The room was spotlessly clean and the shower was lovely. Hotel was in a location convenient to Wedgewood Rooms and very close to Fratton Railway Station.

Nice hotel and did what it said 'on the tin'. Good location for us and stayed two nights. Thank you.

Liked: Staff were helpful (as we needed to rearrange our check in - needed an early check in but didn't know until 12 hours earlier that this was required.) We paid the £10 and checked in 2 hours early.
Disliked: Would like to have seen a kettle in the room, even if we had to provide coffee, milk, cups etc.

Liked: Very easy check in and the 2 people on reception especially Tina couldn’t do enough for us.She found us a parking spot , registered our car (as I’d forgotten to) and recommend an excellent eatery just down the road,then smiled and welcomed us back after dinner.I know the place was only a budget hotel that we used just for a stopover but we received 5star service.
