Worst experience of my life
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: This hotel is full of bed bugs. My friend and I were both bitten by those bugs, the hotel payed for our laundry but it was a terrible experience, never going back to another ibis budget in my life

For an Ibis brand, this...
Liked: Even though it's a budget hotel, the room is cleaned and towels changed daily. Its location is very close to the high street and Metro station providing easy accessibility.
Disliked: 1. The room setup - WC, shower and sink are in 3 separate rooms; the sink is furthest from the WC; one needs to cross the room to wash hands after any business.2. No floor mat/towels provided. We didn't mind about face towels not being provided, but at least there should be a mat to step on upon coming out of the shower.3. The shower temperature is so difficult to regulate. Just when you thought you've got it right, it'd either turn too hot or too cold even without adjusting the tap.4. Limited place to hang clothes and towels5. Staff didn't explain the availability of breakfast in the hotel.6. No kettles in the room. Hotel was selling hot water through the coffee machine at the lobby for 1Euro. We opted to buy own bottled water and heat it up in paper cups (also bought separately) in a single microwave which was free to use in the lobby.
