Liked: I get that it's a budget hotel, but to not have basic bathroom amenities such washcloths and a blow dryer was a little disappointing. First room I had, the shower wouldn't drain the water and I had to switch rooms after settling in. Other than that, the stay was fine

Liked: The location was good in terms of nearby public transport, however it is on a noisy main road.The breakfast was continental and ok. It was great to have use of the car park, which is the main reason we chose the hotel. *This is charged at an extra fee.The staff were pleasant.
Disliked: Our family room was extremely cramped. The windows were very small and high and gave us the feeling of being in prison (we were on the top floor facing the road).The worst thing for me is that the flat sheet on the mattress of the large bed didn't fit and there was a good foot with the mattress exposed and not even a mattress protector over so I really hated the feeling of my feet being on a mattress that others have also been on. It felt very unhygienic. (Although I have to say the mattress did look clean). The upper bunk for my daughter, the mattresses didn't fit properly and wasn't made up for her. She actually just ended up sleeping in the large bed with us.
