Liked: The Receptionist we first met when we arrived was very professional and customer focused and vey helpful. I cant remember her name but kudos to her
Disliked: 1.Fire alarm went on in the night and persisted for quite some time with staff on duty looking helpless.2. Other staff apart from the one I have commended above seemed complacent and condescending.

Disliked: very small room, requested twin beds means 2 separated small beds apart for 2 men, we found 2 beds that have no way to separate them due to the tiny room space we ended sleeping next to each other as couple! No phone, no kettle. the
