This is an ideal hotel, not too far from the train station with shops available within 1 mile. The reception staff is well trained and their customer service is very good. Sanitation is a top priority there and it was manifested in their positive approach to cleanliness. The room I stayed in was very nice, convenient, clean and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return to the Ibis Hotel and will certainly recommend it to anyone traveling to Wales for an event and other occasions. Cheers !

Disliked: Where the hotel was located, the rooms were very basic, their were groups of young men hanging around outside

Liked: The staff were approachable, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The toilet seat is ridiculously low.There is no excluder at the bottom of the shower cubicle, which means a lot of water escapes under the door, creating quite a puddle on the floor.
