Good location, great staff- terrible...

Liked: Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and good value for money.
Disliked: Terrible internet / Wifi. Could only connect to Apple devices. My Samsung or laptop would not connect. When staff contacted their I.T dept they did what I.T do the world over and fobbed us off with a story about my devices having a "block' setting. Absolute rubbish! I've used said devices in 14 countries this year and have never had a problem.

Liked: Location
Disliked: We had to be moved out of the first room after our first night because it smelt like urine. Both rooms were dirty, we had to squeeze past all the laundry trolleys to access our room and the shower situation was weird.

Pleasant

Overpriced for a basic stay.

Liked: Great location. Clean linen. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Receptionist on leaving was very professional and friendly.
Disliked: Price. Too expensive for such a basic stay. No curtain on the window, so woken by the sun rising. No hand towels supplied (only bath towels). No doona cover (just bedsheets either side of the doona). Broken bedhead light. Curtain separating bathroom from the bed was not ideal. Made a request for housekeeping and after waiting 90 mins for them to arrive "in a few mins", I had to go to reception to request another towel. Receptionist on greeting wasn't particularly friendly or helpful. I expect better for $200 a night.

Disliked: The conditions of the rooms didn't match with what I saw on the internet

WORST!!

Disliked: I had issues with the rooms. the first room i had is the toilet problem, i just flush it once and had to wait for hours for the tank to full until i had to change to different room but the room they gave to me is a very small for couple and not fit with the cost i paid, no closet, hangers and tables. i dont even know where to hang the wet towels after bath.

Liked: The price and location.
Disliked: People throwing out stuff when they should no better. Need to be careful. Scared me good.
