This hotel is very convenient being within walking distance of the cricket and football grounds. Very friendly, well organised staff and a clean but basic room.

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Would like tea and coffee making facilities in the room; not enough pillows.

good location, terrible rooms

Liked: really close to the tram line and only a 10min walk to the O2 Victoria warehouse.
Disliked: the room was cramped, uncomfortable and extremely dated. there was a random bunk bed above our double bed. the toilet was in a tiny cupboard that you had to hold closed while you were in there with no lock / latch. despite booking a 'sound proofed room' the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone else's movements and conversations.

Liked: The position, friendly staff and fast check-in procedure.
Disliked: The shower and the sink are directly in the room, not in a separate one. So if you are not comfortable getting out the shower naked in front of your traveling companion, maybe reconsider. We did not mind ;) Although the room might get dump quickly due to the vapor of the shower.

Disliked: Toilet incredibly small, bed very hard. Hurt my back if I lay on it for an extended period

Disappointing stay in IBIS

Liked: Easily accessible and in the area near Old Trafford, which was good. The staff were friendly too. Easily accessible.
Disliked: No access to drinking water in the room. No kettle. No amenities. Appreciate it is a budget hotel, but the double bed also had a bunk bed above it, which wasn't as described. My car also got broken into in the car park.
