Lovely hotel and room. They gave me a kettle as none in room. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If Barry Manilow comes back to Manchester, this is the hotel I will book.

Disliked: Could hear doors slamming at night.

The hotel was perfect for me - good price, clean and had everything I required for one night's stay.

Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and clean but no frills. It suited me fine.

Disliked: Nothing. It was basic. so no fancy restaurant but the food was fine.

If you can hire a tent or caravan do so instead of staying here!

Disliked: The room was too small. The toilet was in a cupboard. The shower was in the bedroom with no privacy (no bathroom). I booked to include breakfast but were told that only breakfast for 1 was included, even though room was booked for 3. I believe price was hiked owing to a concert supposingly taking place.

Liked: Trying hard to find anything positive , good if business in city centre only ALL the rest of hotel let's this down
Disliked: Beds very uncomfortable, hygiene not great, itchy scratchy sheets made me so very uncomfortable.The continental breakfast says freshly baked croissants, the croissants so hard they broke into tiny pieces no way can spread butter on them, the boiled eggs are in a sack they are left there NOT fresh or freshly changed a big concern.The parking is just a nightmare just adds up to this so called budget stay , would have been cheaper to pay £20 per day to a hotel just a few streets away.In short it's just been a let down and caused me more stress on my business trip.I am most disappointed.
