Lovely hotel and room. They gave me a kettle as none in room. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If Barry Manilow comes back to Manchester, this is the hotel I will book.

Liked: The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Could hear doors slamming at night.

Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and clean but no frills. It suited me fine.

Disliked: Nothing. It was basic. so no fancy restaurant but the food was fine.

If you can hire a tent or caravan do so instead of staying here!

Liked: Nothing was good!
Disliked: The room was too small. The toilet was in a cupboard. The shower was in the bedroom with no privacy (no bathroom). I booked to include breakfast but were told that only breakfast for 1 was included, even though room was booked for 3. I believe price was hiked owing to a concert supposingly taking place.

Nice hotel. Good prices.

Liked: Brand new. Good location. Staff very nice.
Disliked: The third bed in the top of the double bed is less comfortable than having a proper bed next to the double bed

Probably wouldn’t go back

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: Smelt of wee, the bedroom was dirty. There was thick dust on the skirting board, chips taken out of walls, black hairs around the sink. Had to pay in additional for tea and coffee

Good

Liked: The hotel was in a good location for going to The Warehouse Project and Manchester Piccadilly Station, which is what we booked it for.The room was sufficient and it was clean, the beds were comfy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was a little out of the main city but only took about 20 minutes to walk to the centre, however it did take 35/40 mins to walk to the northern quarter so if you wanted to be closer to that area, I would book a hotel more centrally located. The bathroom in the room was very odd, the shower was in the actual bedroom itself, which wasn’t very private as it was right next to the bed my friend was sleeping in, the sink was also in the room - thankfully the toilet was in its own space with a door.It would have been nice to have had some coffee/tea facilities. The room wasn’t cleaned during the weekend even though we had left the notice on the door to say we were out and the room could be cleaned.

Liked: Very clean with great service
Disliked: That the same room booked twice at the same time could have a different price, 1 was £65 and 1 was £84. Something wrong there.
