Lovely hotel and room. They gave me a kettle as none in room. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If Barry Manilow comes back to Manchester, this is the hotel I will book.
Liked: The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Could hear doors slamming at night.

The hotel was perfect for me - good price, clean and had everything I required for one night's stay.
Liked: The price.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and clean but no frills. It suited me fine.
Disliked: Nothing. It was basic. so no fancy restaurant but the food was fine.

If you can hire a tent or caravan do so instead of staying here!
Liked: Nothing was good!
Disliked: The room was too small. The toilet was in a cupboard. The shower was in the bedroom with no privacy (no bathroom). I booked to include breakfast but were told that only breakfast for 1 was included, even though room was booked for 3. I believe price was hiked owing to a concert supposingly taking place.

Best place to stay for...
Liked: This hotel is just 5 minutes away from New Islington tram station. The room was clean and had enough space to open three 24-inch luggages.
Disliked: There was no hanger for a bath towel in a bathroom. In addition, there was only one tiny table and a chair in the room.

It did the job for...
Liked: Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, it was easy to find and the price was very affordable. The room was well lit with both an over sink and full length mirror which was usefull for getting ready.
Disliked: The room was very small, the shower was a cubicle in the room which meant two of us had to leave the room while the other showered. There was no kettle to make tea or coffee which was surprising and very little space to put our belongings. A kettle could be hired for an additional £10. The toilet was tiny and hard to move around in.

Pleasant
Liked: Except the inconvenient room nothing to complain. Good value for the money.
Disliked: I was travelling with 2 kids so I was expecting a room 1 adult +2 kids but received the room 2 adults +1 kid so had to sleep on the bunk bed above the kids.
