Lovely hotel and room. They gave me a kettle as none in room. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If Barry Manilow comes back to Manchester, this is the hotel I will book.

Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and clean but no frills. It suited me fine.

Disliked: Nothing. It was basic. so no fancy restaurant but the food was fine.

If you can hire a tent or caravan do so instead of staying here!

Disliked: The room was too small. The toilet was in a cupboard. The shower was in the bedroom with no privacy (no bathroom). I booked to include breakfast but were told that only breakfast for 1 was included, even though room was booked for 3. I believe price was hiked owing to a concert supposingly taking place.

A perfect short stop!

Liked: Location is convenient for station and city centre, also tram stop to and from the Co-Op Live.The room was spotless with a good view.I loved the shower which was the easiest one I've ever used in a hotel.Towels, shower gel and liquid hand soap are provided.The staff were helpful and friendly.The environment was generally clean and pleasant.All we needed was a place to shower and sleep in safety. We were totally satisfied.
