Lovely hotel and room. They gave me a kettle as none in room. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If Barry Manilow comes back to Manchester, this is the hotel I will book.

Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable and clean but no frills. It suited me fine.

Disliked: Nothing. It was basic. so no fancy restaurant but the food was fine.

If you can hire a tent or caravan do so instead of staying here!

Disliked: The room was too small. The toilet was in a cupboard. The shower was in the bedroom with no privacy (no bathroom). I booked to include breakfast but were told that only breakfast for 1 was included, even though room was booked for 3. I believe price was hiked owing to a concert supposingly taking place.

Liked: The room was fine & clean, we were 3 people in a room, which was fine for all of us. The tea tray with selection of teas & coffee is a fair price.
Disliked: The hallway on the third floor had not been hoovered, but it could be due to the fact that it was Christmas eve. Also, it would be nice to have completely private bathroom.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very tidy.
Disliked: The toilets were too small in size and room. For larger or taller people, this is a big problem.The shower door was semi-transparent. So you could see who was in the shower. For single persons travelling, this is not a major issue. But for a family staying, this is a serious problem.

Liked: Walking distance to Co-op Live arena and Etihad stadium. Walking distance to city center, restaurants and bars. Clean. I appreciated that there were snacks and soft drinks for sale at the front desk.
