Disliked: Mattress was very hard, breakfast area was not very clean - not enough staff to keep on top of it

Liked: Friendliness of staff even though we arrived early hours.
Disliked: The beds were too firm for me, and being a twin room, the beds were put together as a double, with no space to walk around.

Liked: The room was good, very comfy bed, good Aircon & a great location for T2 at Manchester airport.
Disliked: Could have done with a little bedside table.

Small rooms

Liked: It’s a small room with a double bed and barely enough room to open a medium case around the bed. You get what you pay for. I stayed solo, and was glad of no one else in the room. It’s a bed, shower and walking distance to the sky link to access the terminals
