Liked: Proximity to airport
Disliked: Staff were unhelpful, despite messaging telling them of mine and my partners separate arrival times they still found it confusing. The room was filthy the pillows were tiny and there was a French school group running up and down the corridors keeping us awake.

Liked: Friendly staff, basic but comfortable and tidy rooms, tube station, shops and pubs are nearby, reception, snacks and drinks are available 24/7, LHR is very close.
